Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and has obtained certifications in Six Sigma and Professional Project Management. She founded MW Digital Advantage, LLC with the goal of fostering business growth and success in today's technology-driven landscape. Her data-driven strategies equip businesses with the tools and talent to adapt quickly to market changes and stay ahead of emerging technologies.

Jennifer Brillo
Director of Operations
Jennifer Brillo been in digital marketing since 2017, and got into marketing automation (specifically utilizing GoHighlevel) in 2018. She has been hiring, training and managing virtual assistants since 2015. Notably, she turned a virtual assistant agency from nothing into a company worth seven figures in just 26 months.
Sedrick Balandra
Project Manager
Sedrick Balandra is a graduate of Marketing Management with extensive experience in Website Development, Marketing and Project Management - specifically managing filipino VAs for up to 20 technical projects at a time. His clients and supervisors know him best as a man of intergrity and as a technical VA who is always thirsty for learning new software, concepts, tools and technology.
