2- Photos, audio, video, and graphics shared on publicly accessible areas of MW Digital Advantage LLC sites can be used to promote that area. This license lasts as long as you're a client and ends when you cancel your service(s).

3- For all other content shared on publicly accessible areas of MW Digital Advantage LLC sites, a continuous and sub-licensable license is granted for use, distribution, modification, adaptation, publication, translation, public performance, and display, in any form or medium, existing or developed in the future.

4 - Please be warned that a small number of users may experience epileptic seizures due to certain light patterns or backgrounds on a computer screen or while using our Services. These conditions may affect those without prior seizure history. If you or someone you know has epilepsy, consult a physician if you experience symptoms like dizziness, altered vision, muscle twitches, loss of awareness, disorientation, involuntary movements, or convulsions while using our Services.

In suitable situations, and at our sole discretion, we may deactivate or close the accounts of users who repeatedly breach our TOS or infringe on the rights of others. If you think your work has been replicated in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, or if you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, please provide us with the following details:

a) A signature from someone authorized to represent the copyright owner.

b) A detailed description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you think has been infringed.

c) Specify the website where your work is being used without permission.

d) Provide your physical address, phone number, and email address.

e) State that the use of your work without permission is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agents, or the law.

f) Finally, Conclude by stating, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is truthful,, lawful and accurate, and also that you are the owner of the claimed copyright or intellectual property, or authorized representative, or agent acting on behalf of the owner.

Terms for Payment and Services

1 - For paid services from MW Digital Advantage LLC and its subsidiaries, you must provide accurate billing and payment information. You agree to pay all charges, including taxes and fees, and authorize MW Digital Advantage LLC to charge your payment method. If payment isn't received, you'll pay upon request. Whenever you use the Site or services, you confirm MW Digital Advantage LLC's authority to charge your payment method, and you're responsible for the charges incurred under your account.

2 - MW Digital Advantage LLC uses a third-party payment service for collecting fees. For any international transactions, any fees will be from your bank, not MW Digital Advantage LLC. The payment information you provide will be subject to the Payment Service's terms, not ours. We are not responsible for the Payment Service. Product prices and availability can change. Refunds and exchanges follow our policies. You're responsible for all charges incurred at the current prices, including applicable taxes.

3 - Deliverables from MW Digital Advantage LLC are digital and sent directly. The order and timeframe for website development, marketing, advertising, creative services and Virtual Assistant Training is decided by MW Digital Advantage LLC and its operators for efficiency. Our standard delivery is dependent upon the type of service, as well as the negotiated deadline with the client. We strive for quick delivery for Snaptasks, but the 6 month deadline stands in our terms of service for VA Business Operations Training.

4 - Services involving project-based services follow the same payment terms. They require a minimum 90-day commitment or three consecutive time block orders (for Snaptask services), then become month-to-month with a 30-day notice to cancel. Canceling without the notice or within the initial 90 days, or without completing three time block orders, is not accepted. Cancellations must be made before the invoice due date, and unpaid services will end at the end of the billing cycle. For virtual assistant Snaptask services, time blocks are valid for 30 days and don't carry over.

5 - Attempting to hire a VA staff member of MW Digital Advantage LLC, away from the company results in a $7,000 fee per VA staff due immediately. Your services will be canceled without a refund, and you can't use the company's services again. You can't offer work hours, hire, or recruit without written permission. Failing to pay the penalty leads to covering collection costs, including staff hours, attorney fees, and court costs.

6 - When you buy additional services, the terms of service apply to each service purchased, regardless of any other service agreement. Each purchase represents an agreement to these terms for that specific service.

7 - When you buy services from MW Digital Advantage LLC, whether in-person or online, you agree to follow all terms of service. You also agree to provide any necessary documents, login access, files, or assets requested by MW Digital Advantage LLC and its operators. These terms become effective right after your purchase.

Policies Governing Refunds and Exchanges

We aim for your satisfaction. If there's a billing error, please contact us immediately. We typically do not offer refunds for services provided by MW Digital Advantage LLC If your deliverables aren't provided within 30 days (excluding virtual assistant training and other services that may involve specific requests for staffing), contact us for cancellation or delivery. Discussing service additions may cause delays and void the 30-day term. No service refunds are given. If your conduct is deemed negative and hinders our work, you agree to void the agreement, forfeit your payment, and pay outstanding balances.

Basic Details

Comprehensive Settlement

These Terms of Service encompasses the full agreement between you and MW Digital Advantage LLC., governing our Services, and replaces any prior Terms of Service. Additional terms may apply when using specific MW Digital Advantage LLC Services, affiliate Services, third-party content, or third-party software.

Lawful Governance and Court Venue

Both you and MW Digital Advantage LLC agree that the Terms of Service will be governed by New Hampshire state law, regardless of conflict of law provisions. Any disputes related to the Terms of Service or your relationship with MW Digital Advantage LLC will be resolved in courts located in ??? County, New Hampshire, or the U.S. District Court in New Hampshire. You both consent to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to their authority and venue.

Statutory Deadline

You agree that any claim related to our Services or the Terms of Service must be filed within 2 years from the date the claim or cause of action arose, or it will be permanently barred, notwithstanding any contrary statute or law.
